Our automotive company is looking for a dedicated Clerk PPC to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory records. A successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. They must also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process all purchase orders, sales orders and inventory records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update purchase order schedules and communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Process and reconcile inventory records in accordance with financial controls and inventory management procedures.
• Maintain and update pricing schedules and assist with the development of pricing strategies.
• Retrieve and analyze data from various systems to identify issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports providing insight into business operations.
• Liaise with other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of purchase order and inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
