Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, adapting, and preparing print-ready artwork for various food packaging products (pouches, cartons, labels) while ensuring compliance with technical printing specifications. Additionally, the candidate will maintaining the corporate website, designing marketing collateral (like sales brochures), and creating visual assets to elevate and protect the company's brand across all physical and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

1. Corporate Branding & Identity Management

• Brand Asset Creation: Design and update the company’s core visual identity elements, including logos, typography, corporate color palettes, and imagery guidelines.
• Brand Guardianship: Act as the internal gatekeeper to ensure all manufactured packaging, digital media, and internal documents strictly align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Stationery & Merchandise Design: Create and maintain layouts for official corporate stationery, including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, presentation templates (PowerPoint), and branded company uniforms or merchandise.
• Internal Communication Design: Develop visual materials for internal corporate activities, HR announcements, company profiles, and workplace safety signage to maintain a cohesive internal brand.

2. Brochure Design & Marketing Collateral

• Print Collateral Development: Conceptualize, layout, and design corporate brochures, sales flyers, product catalogs, and exhibition/trade show materials to support the sales team.
• Content Structuring: Organize complex product specifications, packaging types, and factory capabilities into clean, highly readable, and professional brochure layouts.
• Print Sourcing Support: Select appropriate paper stock, finishes (such as matte, gloss, or spot UV), and binding methods for printed marketing materials.

3. Packaging Artwork & Pre-Press Production

• Design & Adaptation: Create original graphics and adapt existing customer artwork to fit different packaging sizes, formats, and material substrates.
• Print-Ready Preparation: Format technical layouts onto mechanical dielines with strict adherence to dimensions, bleed, trim marks, color separations, and resolution guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Thoroughly check artwork for text errors, dimensions, high-resolution imagery, accurate barcodes, and brand logos before production.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Management

• Production Liaison: Coordinate directly with the pre-press and production departments to troubleshoot and resolve layout or printing defects.
• Client & Sales Communication: Interface with customers or internal sales teams to manage artwork amendments, technical specifications, and approvals.

5. Website Maintenance & Digital Branding

• Web Management: Maintain, update, and manage the company website with accurate product data, banners, announcements, and corporate profiles.
• Digital Asset Creation: Design promotional banners, product photography layouts, and digital marketing materials that align with overall brand guidelines.

Job Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (essential for multi-page brochure layouts and brand guidelines manuals).
• Technical Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing pre-press setups, image resolution thresholds, font embedding, and ink/color limitations.
• Brand & Design Acumen: Solid understanding of brand hierarchy, visual identity systems, typography, and corporate consistency.
• Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, multi-page layout design capabilities, and web content management skills.
