Job Summary

You will lead restaurant service operations, ensuring smooth dining experiences and managing staff during shifts at a restaurant and bar located in Telok Ayer St.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant and bar service operations to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Coordinate and supervise staff schedules and duties during shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 4pm to 11pm on Saturdays
• Ensure compliance with service standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Support team members to achieve operational efficiency and smooth workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Uphold health and safety regulations during all service activities
