Salary Range: SGD 2,500 + Commissions
Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented Lighting Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. This role focuses on assisting customers in selecting suitable lighting solutions, providing product knowledge, and delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional advice on lighting products and solutions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable decorative and architectural lighting options
Demonstrate product features, lighting effects, and control systems where applicable
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales
Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, updated, and visually appealing
Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery, and after-sales service
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors
Stay updated on product knowledge, lighting trends, and new technologies
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
Requirements
Experience in retail sales, preferably in lighting, furniture, or interior-related products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
Interest in interior design, architecture, or lighting applications
Basic understanding of drawings or layouts is an advantage
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus (not required)
