We are a fast-growing retail fashion and apparel brand committed to delivering trendy, high-quality clothing and exceptional shopping experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven outlet Assistant Manager to support our store operations and lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Store Operations: Supervise daily store activities, open/close procedures, and ensure the outlet runs smoothly.

· Team Leadership: Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance training to drive monthly sales targets, achieve KPIs and build high team morale.

· Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store appearance, attractive window displays, and proper product stock rotation on the sales floor.

· Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, handle weekly/monthly inventory counts, and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse.

· Customer Service: Deliver top-tier customer service, handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally, and resolve issues on the floor.

· Administrative Duties: Prepare daily sales reports, manage cash registers, and oversee staff scheduling.

Requirements & Skills

· Education: Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.

· Experience: At least 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.

· Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

· Availability: Willing to work on retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
