Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and coach sales representatives to reach individual and team quotas.
  • Strategy & Planning: Create sales plans, set revenue targets, and forecast annual sales volumes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data using CRM software.
  • Business Development: Identify emerging market trends, nurture key client relationships, and help close major deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns and product launches.
