Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and quotation.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Responsible in material inventory
• Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse
• Provide weekly and month-end inventory report to Finance Department
• Knowledge of Accounting Software (MYOB) preferred
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level 'O' Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Able to communicate in Madarin and English
• Possess good initiative with positive attitude
• Independent and Responsible
• 5 days working week (9.00~17.30) with
• - Alternate Saturday (9.30~13.00)
• Eunos Area

Remuneration will depend on qualification and experience.
