The Role:

This is a 180 recruitment position: your focus is sourcing and candidate engagement, not client management. You’ll spend your days finding exceptional people, understanding what motivates them, and guiding them toward career opportunities that genuinely fit.

Day to day, you will:

• Hunt for top talent through creative sourcing — job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen and qualify candidates through structured interviews and assessments.
• Build a pipeline of strong candidates across active and future roles.
• Develop relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career advisor throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with our client-facing consultants to match talent to live briefs.
• Stay sharp on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement in your sector.

Compensation

This role is base salary + commission. Your earning potential is directly tied to your output, the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. We reward results.
