About Us

Only Matter Sdn. Bhd. is a Kuala Lumpur-based interior design and design-build studio. We work with residential and commercial clients on projects managed end-to-end — from concept to construction. Our portfolio spans private residences, corporate interiors, and commercial fit-outs, all built around purposeful design and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closing
• Prepare financial reports and support audit/tax filing processes
• Handle general office administration and document management
• Coordinate with internal teams on project-related expenses and claims

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience
• Full set accounts experience is a must
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software
• Organised, self-managed, and able to work independently
• Good communication in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus

• Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,500 (based on experience)
