Job Responsibilities

• Provide desktop IT support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS and commonly used applications.
• Deploy and set up new computers, software, user accounts, and IT equipment.
• Manage and update IT asset inventory and software licenses.
• Perform security updates, patches, and vulnerability checks on desktop devices.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to employees when required.
• Liaise with IT vendors and suppliers for equipment repairs, warranty claims, and technical issues.
• Provide both on-site and remote technical support to users.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Able to assemble, repair, install, configure, and upgrade computer equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, firewalls, and security practices.
• Willing to learn and keep up with new IT technologies.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates required.
• Fresh graduates with an IT-related background and Mandarin-speaking ability are welcome to apply.
