Training Associate (Contractor)

Location: Sunway Geo, Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for a Training Associate to support the planning, coordination, and smooth delivery of training programs across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role will work closely with business teams, clients, and regional/central training teams to ensure effective training execution and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam in collaboration with business and central teams.
• Manage Malaysia HRDC/HRD Corp training arrangements, including coordination and related documentation.
• Organize and support New Hire Orientation and Mandatory Training programs.
• Maintain training records and support internal and external training audits.
• Support the adoption and usage of the Genome Learning Platform, including assisting learners with day-to-day platform-related issues.
• Facilitate and coordinate regional and central training programs, projects, and activities.
• Partner closely with business teams to understand and resolve training-related queries and requirements.
• Ensure training activities are well organized and delivered within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysia HRDC/HRD Corp training arrangements.
• 1–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HRBP, or a related HR function is preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with LMS/learning platforms will be an advantage.
