Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage student affairs activities and programmes.
• Support students in their academic, personal, social, and emotional development.
• Handle student enquiries, concerns, and welfare matters professionally and appropriately.
• Monitor student attendance, behaviour, discipline, and overall well-being.
• Provide guidance and support to students in resolving personal, academic, and social issues.
• Maintain accurate student records, reports, and documentation.
• Organise student activities, orientations, workshops, events, and engagement programmes.
• Promote positive student behaviour, responsibility, independence, and good values.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, counsellors, and school management.
• Assist in handling student discipline cases and follow up on appropriate actions when required.
• Ensure students’ safety, welfare, and well-being during school activities and programmes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Student Affairs, Education, Psychology, Counselling, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in student affairs, student services, education, counselling, or school administration is preferred.
• Passionate, caring, patient, responsible, and approachable when working with students.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Able to handle student matters with confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced educational environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
