About Our Client
Our client is a growing Singapore-based investment group with interests in hospitality and real estate assets across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new property and investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
- Support acquisitions, financing and transaction execution.
- Coordinate due diligence with external professional advisers.
- Monitor existing assets and identify opportunities to enhance portfolio returns.
- Prepare investment papers, market research and performance updates.
- Support senior management on strategic investment initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
- Min 4 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of property investments and transaction processes.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
