About the Role

We are looking for a Front Desk / Guest Experience Executive to join our team at a premium healthcare and longevity centre in Bukit Jalil.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a professional, welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-presented, confident, organised and genuinely enjoys working with people. You should be comfortable working in a premium environment where attention to detail, professionalism and service quality are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients in a warm, professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth client check-in and check-out experience
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and general enquiries
• Manage appointments, bookings and client schedules
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist clients with enquiries regarding services, appointments and general centre information
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records
• Handle payments, receipts and basic administrative duties where required
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and other operational matters
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client information
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, healthcare or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be an advantage
• Pleasant, confident and professional personality
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a clinic, medical centre, wellness centre, hotel or premium hospitality environment will be an advantage

Working Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1-hour meal break
• 6 days per week on a rotational basis
• Replacement day off or holiday pay where applicable
• Overtime paid according to applicable statutory requirements

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
