Dua Ains Cake Batik is a growing dessert brand located in Shah Alam, specializing in premium homemade cake batik and desserts. We are committed to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction while creating a positive and supportive working environment for our team. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Production Crew to support our daily business productions.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and produce cake batik and desserts according to company recipes and SOPs
• Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients for daily production
• Assist in food preparation, decorating, cutting, portioning, and packaging of products
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of products
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen/production area
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
• Support inventory checking and stock arrangement when required
• Follow production schedules to meet daily order demands
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in bakery, dessert, kitchen, food production, or F&B industry is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
• Good teamwork and positive working attitude
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
