Role Description

1. To act as a Loading Master during incoming/out-going shipment operation.
2. Liaising with Tank Users on facilities requirement, deliveries/collections, shipments & shipping documents.
3. Monitoring/counter-checking stock of products in custody.
4. Planning for cleaning of storage tanks and ancillaries.
5. Ensuring readiness & suitability of Storage Tanks and lines for incoming products as planned, prior to offering Tank Users.
6. Planning for receiving/back-loading of products by road-tankers/vessels into correctly respective tank.
7. Liasing with Ship-Agents/Shipper/Forwarding Agents/Surveyors & Port on ETAs of in-coming and out-going vessels.
8. Ensuring compliance with the Authorities rules & regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. (Fresh graduate is welcome)
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee liquid bulk terminal activities effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in logistics, terminal operations, or supply chain management, preferably within liquid bulking or related industries.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to bulk liquid handling and storage.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced operational environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
