Job Description

• Work with the appointed social media agency and assist on content creation, trend monitoring, and copywriting
• Assist with campaign development and execution of promotional campaigns and event activations
• Assist with enquiries and feedback promptly from various platforms (e.g. Email, Google Reviews, Social Media, Website)
• Assist with e-commerce website updates, ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints (SEO, EDMs and CRM)
• Conduct market research and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders on campaigns, press releases, and coordination of media drop deliveries
• Help with liaison between various departments such as Operations, Business Development, Product R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and others on marketing matters
• Administrative Tasks: Updating internal marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating promotional materials
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Able to commit for 6 months
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic knowledge of tools like Canva and Microsoft Office
• Equipped with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Energetic and able to work independently with minimal guidance, team player in group management settings
• Willing to learn the ropes of marketing in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
• Meticulous in work and able to prioritise responsibilities
