Responsibilities
ProjectCoordinator
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least
2 years of on-site working experience
in the
mechanical and/or electrical discipline
.
NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
will be an added advantage.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications
(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to understand
electrical single-line diagrams
and
AutoCAD drawings
.
WorkingSchedule
5-day work week
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
Prepare detailed designs and proposals for customers.
Plan and schedule work activities in accordance with contractual schedules.
Manage operational matters related to the daily execution of projects.
Liaise with customers regarding the approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, project progress, and issue resolution.
Attend site meetings and inspections, provide regular progress updates, and monitor project schedules.
