Sales Executive — Kuala Lumpur

• Job type: Fulltime - Permanent role
• Location: No. 15, Jalan Industri 21, Taman Industri 21, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Interview Process: Online via Google Meet - 2 rounds
• Salary range: RM 3.000 - 4.000 + Transport allowance: MYR 500/month

We’re looking for driven Sales Executives to join the Kuala Lumpur team and help grow the business through new client acquisition and strong account management.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Build long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new commercial opportunities
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft Office, and social media tools
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves communicating with a majority of Mandarin-speaking clients
