Job Summary
You will represent and promote established brands through direct customer engagement, execute marketing campaigns, gather market insights, and develop your communication and leadership skills while working closely with a motivated sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
Increase brand awareness and expand market presence through direct customer interactions
Represent established brands and organizations professionally in face-to-face marketing campaigns
Execute marketing campaigns by engaging potential customers and introducing campaigns to new target audiences
Communicate brand messages clearly to diverse customer groups to promote products and services
Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform campaign effectiveness and brand positioning
People & Communication
Engage and communicate confidently with different types of customers to build rapport and trust
Deliver clear and persuasive brand presentations to potential customers
Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through active customer interactions
Provide a positive and memorable customer experience to enhance brand reputation
Collaborate closely with a driven sales and marketing team to achieve shared goals
Progression / Leadership
Learn and apply sales and marketing fundamentals through ongoing coaching and development
Develop leadership and team management skills by mentoring new team members as you progress
Assist with training and team development activities to support team growth
Take on greater responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated capabilities
