Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Willing to work in Meru Klang, Selangor.
- Ability to work well in groups and multitask.
- Hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze, and prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and business insights by customer, product, territory, and sales personnel to support decision-making.
- Monitor sales targets, sales trends, and margin performance, and provide recommendations or action plans to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Manage customer orders, back orders, and open orders, while ensuring timely updates and effective communication with customers and the Sales team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the execution and communication of company sales initiatives, strategies, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, maintain accurate sales and customer data, and enhance overall sales operation efficiency and effectiveness.
