Job Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and efficient support to customers across different time zones by following clear processes and teamwork practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through channels such as call, ticketing systems, and online communities.
• Maintain strong service quality even in fast-paced environments while handling CRM systems and documentation at the same time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Working for midnight shift only since need to handle US market
• Fresh graduate are open to apply
• Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Experience servicing large cross-border merchants is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia (no visa sponsorship provided)Education:
