Role Purpose
Bridge business stakeholders and the ServiceNow team by translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Map business processes to ServiceNow capabilities and recommend configuration over customisation.
• Work with developers and architects on solution design, backlog grooming, and delivery.
• Support configuration of forms, workflows, catalogue items, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead UAT, defect tracking, documentation, training, and go-live support.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM/ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA/ServiceNow Agile Development, and BRD/FSD/RTM documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS and ITIL v4 certifications are desirable.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
