Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the customer service is the highest standard
• Take orders and serves food and beverage to guest accordingly
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage of the restaurant
• Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in F&B/Culinary.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Knowledgeable in western cuisine
• Well versed in oral English and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
