Job Description

Responsibilities


Role:

  • This is a business analyst-first role, with approximately 80% focus on business analysis, requirements, stakeholder management, governance, documentation and delivery alignment, and 20% focus on Scrum facilitation and Agile delivery support.
  • The role is suitable for someone who has handled complex IT delivery environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is confident working with business users, technical teams, vendors and system integrators.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements discussions with business users, government stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain BA documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings, interface specifications and traceability matrices.
  • Manage requirement baselines, change requests and approval records in line with governance processes.
  • Work with architects, developers, integration teams and vendors to validate feasibility and solution alignment.
  • Support SIT, UAT, test case validation, defect triage, business sign-off, release readiness and production rollout.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.


Required Skills:

  • 5 years of overall IT delivery experience.
  • 3 years of business analyst experience in large-scale IT systems.
  • 2 years of exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience working in complex system integration, multi-vendor or system integrator environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, documentation, traceability and change control.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Able to support occasional planned after-hours or weekend activities during critical project phases such as SIT, UAT, release or cutover.
