Role Description The Video Producer is a contract, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for managing video projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day work includes planning and coordinating shoots, liaising with clients and internal teams, developing production schedules, and overseeing logistics such as locations, equipment, and crew. The role involves directing and supervising filming on set, ensuring that visual style, sound, and pacing meet project objectives and brand guidelines. The Video Producer also collaborates with editors and post-production specialists, providing clear briefs, feedback, and quality control throughout editing and finishing. This position requires strong project management, communication, and creative problem-solving, with an emphasis on delivering videos on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, directing, and coordinating shoots.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with experience using industry-standard software.
  • Ability to work with Motion Graphics and Multimedia elements to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Experience managing end-to-end video projects, from client brief to final delivery.
  • Solid understanding of cameras, lighting, sound recording, and on-set workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative storytelling ability and a strong visual sense, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore and adapt to fast-paced production timelines.
  • Previous experience in commercial, corporate, or event video production is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
