Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle full set of I/E documents, TT Payment document for US market independently
Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule in between U.S. customer and China factory
Familiar with U.S. customer’s requirements
Supervise the junior on shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements, coordinate with factory on ship documents and reports
Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Form5/ DSE or above
Minimum of 2-7 years of shipping experience in handling consumer goods preferable in footwear
Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
Good commercial and analytic sense
Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Immediate available is highly preferred
