Job Description
1. Daily maintenance of in-store equipment and store security.
2. Manage daily operations of store staff, including attendance, service standards, recruitment, and training.
3. Oversee food safety and hygiene management of the water bar, as well as inventory and procurement of consumables.
4. Assist the store manager in meeting sales targets.
5. Handle any unexpected incidents that may arise.
Job Requirements
Possess an enthusiastic sales attitude and flexible thinking.
Demonstrate good work ethics, strong execution, a positive attitude, and team spirit.
Proactive and customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality service.
Familiarity with popular games and basic gaming terminology, with a passion for the esports industry, will be an advantage.
Previous experience in store management (F&B or service industry) is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
Working Hours
1. Entitlement to all annual leave and sick leave according to HR department policies.
2. Free internet access and free food and drinks for employees at the store!
3. Additional sales commission and store profit sharing.
4. Team Building.

To date, Elixir has amassed over 80,000 members, with the number continuing to grow at a rate of approximately 100 new members per day. We currently operate three outlets in Singapore and are continuously expanding our online membership and services. Our mission is to provide esports enthusiasts with a seamless, high-quality experience. We consistently upgrade our store design, brand concept, and service systems to meet the evolving demands of the market.

- 5 or 6 full-time working days per week.
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
