Responsibilities
Main missions
Manage the Division's infrastructure projects from start to finish: scoping, planning, budget, risk
management, milestones and acceptance (cutovers, knowledge transfers, deployments).
Lead priority projects: Maisons integration & carve-out, Asia Service Desk transition and RFP support.
Orchestrate partners and service providers (MSP, integrators): scoping commitments, performance
monitoring and technical arbitration.
Ensure structured and regular reporting to the Program Director and governance bodies.
Coordinate the interlocutors of the Houses and Regions IT, while respecting their autonomy.
Interfaces and governance
Internal: Program Director, CTO Division, Head of Operations & Network, CTO and CIO of the Houses,
Regions IT (EMEA, AMER, Asia).
External: integrators and run service providers, project partners and publishers.
Excluded scope: "Markets" projects, which are part of local Project Management.
Desired profile Experience and education
8 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management, including several years in an
international and multi-geographic environment.
Proven experience with transition, migration, and PMO projects; knowledge of M&A / carve-out contexts
is a strong asset.
Higher education in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
Key Technical Skills
Mastery of end-to-end infrastructure projects: network, cloud, workplace, workstation, migrations.
Strong technical culture to challenge partners and integrators on their deliverables.
Project and PMO management tools (planning, budget monitoring, risk management, dashboards).
Understanding of ITSM / ServiceNow issues and managed run models.
Transversal skills and posture
Autonomy and sense of initiative: ability to structure one's own workload plan, to move forward with a
limited framework and to alert at the right level.
Writing quality: production of clear and directly usable deliverables (scoping notes, minutes, procedures,
reporting) in English.
Analytical and synthesis skills: ability to understand a complex technical environment and to convey the
essentials to a variety of interlocutors.
Communication and influence: "Houses first" posture gaining buy-in through demonstrated value,
without hierarchical authority over the Houses.
Rigor and reliability: compliance with the Division's commitments, deadlines and standards; Sense of
service and result.
Comfortable in a multicultural and multi-entity environment, both remotely and face-to-face.
Languages
Fluent English is imperative (working language within the Group and with the Asia Hubs). Any other language
(French, Italian, Spanish) is an asset.
Success Criteria (6 to 12 months)
Milestones of new maisons integrations kept and secured.
Maison carve-out shot framed and committed.
Transition of the Asia Service Desk managed without service interruption.
Reliable reporting and risk anticipation recognized by the governance.
