Job Description

We are looking for a

Quality Assurance Engineer

to ensure that all products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. The role involves inspection, documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities within a mechanical
manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with company and
customer requirements

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies

Review and approve inspection reports, route cards, and quality records

Handle non-conformance (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Perform root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives

Support customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits

Liaise with production, engineering, and suppliers on quality issues

Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards and drawings

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and inspection tools (e.g. vernier, micrometer, CMM is an advantage)

Familiar with quality systems such as

ISO 9001 / AS9100

(advantage)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

Experience in aerospace / precision engineering environment

Knowledge of NDT, FAI, PPAP, or customer-specific requirements

Audit experience (internal or external)

Job Responsibilities

Ensure product and process quality meet customer and company requirements

Review inspection reports, drawings, and quality documents

Support internal, customer, and supplier audits

Work closely with production and engineering teams on quality issues

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment

Able to read mechanical drawings and use basic inspection tools

Familiar with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems (advantage)

Good communication and problem-solving skills
