About the role

The TA Programs & Experience Team is a key part of our global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Platform group. We function as the engine behind the scenes, ensuring that talent lifecycle moments are consistent, efficient, and well-governed for our new hires and hiring managers. As a TA Programs & Experience Analyst, you will support critical global initiatives, including onboarding resources, platform operations, and New Hire Orientation (NHO) content transitions. You will bridge the gap between data, user feedback, and program execution to refine the employee experience.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and update onboarding resources, manager-facing tools, and internal websites to ensure information accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and NHO program inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Manage shared inboxes and provide timely guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to support platform maintenance, reporting, and purchase order processes.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to refresh and transition NHO content.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
  • Support project rollouts through documentation, testing, and training activities.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR Technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across different regions.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or new initiatives.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to collaborate with global stakeholders across various time zones.
