Introduction / Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our company's day-to-day financial operations for a 6-month temporary role. This individual will provide administrative support to the department by performing accurate data entry, maintaining records, organizing documents, and assisting with general administration. This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist daily finance operations work.
• Accurately enter and update information into company systems, and databases.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee, client, vendor, or operational records as required.
• Handle documentation from vendors, clients and contractors
• Review, acknowledge, save, and archive timesheets received during the payroll period.

Essential experience, knowledge, Skills and abilities

• GCE ‘A’ level certification or diploma in any field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Organized,meticulous, strong sense of accuracy
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and/or ability to learn
• Spoken and written communication in English and Mandarin
