Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Measure and value construction work, including variations and claims
Advise on procurement strategies and assist with the tendering process
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Provide expert advice and support to the wider project team
