Responsibilities
Company Overview
ACID BAR PTE. LTD. has been operating for 16 years at Emerald Hill, Orchard Road. It offers two seating areas: alfresco for people-watching and an intimate indoor space with live music ambiance.
Responsibilities
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers
Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy
Accurately process and collect payments from guests
Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests
Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment
Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
Required competencies and certifications
Past server experience to perform customer service tasks
Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week, to meet operational needs
Foods Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable)

Overtime provided.

Transportation provided for late night shift.
Monthly incentive of $600 with terms and conditions applied.
Monthly Food & Bottle Incentives for orders taken. (T&C applied)
Dental & Medical benefit (up to $700 per calendar year).
Sign-on bonus at 3 months and 6 months (up to $600), subject to confirmation.
Performance bonus and Annual Increment.
Annual leave plus company leave up to 21days.
