About the role Join the project planning team supporting a major data centre construction project. This role is central to keeping the project on schedule — tracking progress, identifying risks, and coordinating with all trade teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules (e.g. using Primavera P6 or MS Project)
  
• Track progress against baseline programs and highlight potential delays early
  
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and project management to gather progress data
  
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and schedule analysis for management and client reporting
  
• Support delay analysis and recovery planning where needed
  
• Assist in resource and manpower planning across project phases
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  
• Experience in project planning within construction, ideally on large-scale or data centre projects
  
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and trade disciplines
