FS Resources Malaysia Hiring! Full Time F-B Tenant Management cum Business Development in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and secure F&B; tenants across assigned locations
• Manage end-to-end leasing lifecycle including new tenancies, renewals, and re-leasing of existing units
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of F&B; brands, operators, and business partners
• Lead lease negotiations for both new deals and renewals, including rental review and terms structuring
• Drive occupancy, rental revenue, and portfolio performance
• Plan and optimise tenant mix to improve footfall and sales performance
• Work closely with Operations on tenant onboarding and outlet setup
• Monitor tenant performance and proactively manage renewals and underperforming units
• Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and rental benchmarks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in leasing, business development, or B2B sales (F&B;/retail preferred)
• Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
• Ability to source leads and convert them into active tenants or partners
• Commercial mindset with good understanding of retail or F&B; operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple outlets and priorities independently

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
