Role Description

Site Leadership

•Lead daily electrical tasks and direct site workers.

Approved Shop drawings:

•Make sure work matches the approved engineering drawings and site plans.

Quality Control:

•Inspect completed work to ensure it passes client and consultant tests.

Safety Rules:

•Enforce all safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings to prevent accidents.

Progress Reports:

•Write daily updates and report any construction delays to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret basic site data, reports, and project documentation.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of M&E concepts and interest in mechanical and electrical supervision at project sites.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and follow instructions from senior supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital documentation tools.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
