Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and inter-company transactions.
• Prepare monthly accounts, financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain fixed asset register and conduct periodic asset verification.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing, financial analysis, tax and statutory matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant parties when required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
• Support daily accounting and finance operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, MIA, CA or other recognized accounting qualifications are welcomed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience handling full set of accounts is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
