About the role

Design and implement automated and manual testing procedures for electrical components and systems. Develop test plans, test cases, and validation protocols for new and existing products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated and manual testing procedures for electrical components and systems

• Develop test plans, test cases, and validation protocols for new and existing products

• Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Production teams to ensure testability of new designs

• Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, equipment, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO, RoHS)

• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of test equipment and instruments

• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians

• Generate detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders

About you

• Fresh graduate or at least minimum 2 years' experience in operation and maintenance of vision based SMT Equipment

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or related discipline

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
