Job Requirement

• Experience: 0-2 years in a manufacturing or production environment
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, operate machinery, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual labor.
• Team Player: Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Quality: Understanding of quality and production best practices.
• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Job Responsibility

• To produce output according to the approved production schedule and quota target set by the respective divisions.
• To ensure minimization of wastages/rejections and maximization production effectiveness and efficiency.
• To follow immediate superior’s instruction(s), follow SOP strictly and to abide by all the Company’s rules and regulations.
• To perform overtime (OT) as and only when required and approved by the immediate superior.
• To maintain proper housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness at own workstation.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
• Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.
• Be aware of the needs and expectations of interested party, the consequences of failure and their impact.
• To reduce life cycle impact of process to the environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
