Job Title: LEAD ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
Duration: Yearly renewable contract
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
This opportunity is focused on leading Asset Integrity Management activities across the project lifecycle, supporting operational readiness and safe, reliable offshore operations. The role sits within an oil and gas project environment and offers broad involvement across maintenance, reliability, inspection, process safety, and technical assurance. This position will play a key part in aligning integrity strategies, project milestones, and handover readiness for offshore assets, including FPSO environments.

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Marine, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including relevant experience in offshore environments such as FPSO operations
- Proven experience managing Asset Integrity Management projects, including Risk Based Inspection, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and CMMS deployment
- Hands-on experience in floating production and offshore asset management or project execution within the oil and gas industry
- Strong background providing technical oversight and integrity assurance to support asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in offshore settings
- Strong knowledge of Asset Integrity Management across maintenance, reliability, inspection, and process safety disciplines
- Experience reviewing technical deliverables and detailed design engineering documentation, including Operational Performance Standards
- Familiarity with technical workshops and methodologies such as HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, RBI, and FMECA
- Proficiency in international standards including API 510, API 570, API 580, API 653, and ISO 14224
- Strong communication skills in English across technical and operational teams
- Ability to develop execution strategies, monitor deliverables, manage reporting, and oversee budget performance related to integrity activities
- Postgraduate or master's qualification in an engineering discipline
- Experience gained in projects within Africa or Southeast Asia
