WE’RE HIRING: PRODUCTION MANAGER (CNC MANUFACTURING)

Location: Seksyen u12, shah alam

Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000

Position: Production Manager

Are you a hands-on production leader with strong CNC knowledge and experience managing manufacturing operations?

We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our CNC production team and ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage daily production activities, schedules and targets

- Lead and supervise CNC machine operators and production workers

- Monitor machine performance, productivity, cycle time and utilisation

- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Ensure products meet engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards

- Identify and resolve production issues

- Manage manpower, machines and production resources effectively

- Drive continuous improvement across CNC production operations

- Ensure a safe and efficient production environment

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, CNC Manufacturing or related field

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory/management role preferred

- Strong hands-on experience in CNC machine operation & programming

- Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Hands-on, practical and willing to be involved directly in production

- Cutting tools / blade manufacturing

- CNC laser cutting

- CNC grinding

- Heat treatment processes

- Other CNC-based manufacturing environments
