Coordinate programme accreditation and ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
Administer and maintain a conducive educational environment for residents’ training and development.
Plan and organise resident recruitment and selection exercises, including interviews and onboarding.
Support faculty appointment, onboarding, and development initiatives.
Manage programme operations, including rotations, assessments, scheduling, and reporting.
Liaise with stakeholders and maintain accurate records to support governance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of working experience in similar field would be of advantage
Proficient in in Microsoft Office applications is essential
