Responsibilities
Job Description:
Manage and supervise all façade-related works and other façade systems.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and technical specifications.
Plan and monitor façade installation works to meet project schedules and targets.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors and workers to ensure proper installation and workmanship.
Monitor quality, safety, productivity and progress of façade works.
Coordinate inspections, testing, rectification and defect clearance.
Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and project resources.
Prepare progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
Ensure all façade works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related field
.
Minimum
8-10 years of relevant experience
in façade, building or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of
façade systems, installation methods, materials and construction processes
.
Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
Good understanding of
shop drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC and site coordination
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to identify and resolve technical and site issues independently.
Good planning, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Strong commitment to
quality, safety and project delivery
.
