We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support key HR activities across talent acquisition, performance management, rewards & ESOP, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviews to offer management and onboarding.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including KPI setting, performance reviews and calibration.
• Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews and reward programmes as required.
• Manage ESOP and employee equity programmes, including grants, vesting and equity records.
• Monitor share-pool utilisation, available balances and equity allocations, and support grant and dilution modelling.
• Prepare equity and rewards analysis and reports for management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Company Secretarial on equity-related matters.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee records, benefits, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees and support continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong experience in performance management, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in ESOP/equity compensation, including share pool utilisation and equity grant administration, is required.
• Experience in compensation & benefits and salary benchmarking would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to work with compensation and equity data.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Independent, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
