Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable basis)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
- Support infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, monitor infrastructure health, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery (DR), resilience, and compliance activities in line with organisational policies and security standards.
- Ensure infrastructure services meet availability, capacity, continuity, and governance requirements while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Experience managing AWS and/or Azure, with exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and configuration management.
- Experience in infrastructure project delivery, vendor management, incident management, and disaster recovery planning would be advantageous.
- Prior experience supporting public sector or government environments would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
