Responsibilities
Industry: Logistic
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, focusing on construction, data centers, heavy cargo, machinery, and project logistics.
Lead assigned projects from initial concept and planning through execution to successful client handover.
Manage project timelines, coordinate vendors and logistics partners, and ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with operations and project teams to design cost-effective, efficient, and customized logistics solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Develop competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals based on customer requirements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to management.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in project logistics, project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo, or multimodal transportation.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or project logistics is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness with good understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with good attention to detail.
Willing to travel within Southeast Asia when required.
