• Assisting in developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring governance and compliance are in place.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for the operational continuity of the business.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations in all procurement activities.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data and monitor suppler performance.
• Assisting the purchasing manager in overseeing the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement.
• Evaluating vendors and suppliers to identify the best options based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.
• Assist purchasing manager to oversees the procure-to-pay (or purchasing and vendor management) processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
