Marketing Executive

Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200 per month

AF Exclusive is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate customer enquiries and support company sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Manage ideas and content planning for social media platforms.
• Identify current market trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of advertisements and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse leads, engagement, Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion performance.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the sales team to support sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing creative promotional ideas to increase customer enquiries and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Creative Media or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Able to use Canva and/or CapCut.
• Basic understanding of marketing data and performance analysis.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to keep up with current social media and marketing trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
