Job Scope

• Overseeing daily workshop operations
• Knowledgeable in hydraulics, engine overhaul and electrical system.
• Update management on the status of repairs on weekly meeting
• Follow up with equipment preventive schedule
• Planning and assigning team for daily repairs / maintenance work
• Lead and manage all workshop activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, fabrication, and equipment refurbishment.
• Plan and prioritize workshop schedules to ensure equipment availability for projects.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in Crane & Transport maintenance
• 3 years in a management role
• Knowledge of Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Trailers, Hydraulic systems, Diesel engines, and Lifting equipment
• Familiar with WSH regulations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
